We took Congolese hip-hop artist Didjak Munya to the 'City of Hope' outside Kinshasa to record a song about HIV/AIDS with some of the young people we're working with there. The song features lyrics in 5 different languages and is being used as a HIV/AIDS education tool by us and other NGOs in D.R. Congo. (No presumption or inference about an indivdual's HIV/AIDS status is made by their appearnace in this video.)

The hottest young British urban acts came together in a London studio today to form the 'Young Soul Rebels'. As an urban soul super-group, they recorded ‘I Got Soul’, a new, re-written version of the stirring Killers track ‘All These Things I Have Done'.
We took five of the most talented kids from our rap battles into the studio with Didjak Munya to record a track about the dreams street kids in Kinshasa have about a better life.
We hosted a rap and break-dance competition for the street kids we work with in Kinshasa, D.R. Congo. It was a great way of bringing the local community and the street kids together and giving the kids a way of expressing their feelings.
